１．商品説明
Universal Chest Platform（以下UCP）は、製品名が示すとおり、職種や補職を問わず個人装備の核として運用できるチェストリグシステムです。
随所に自衛官の任務の態様や装備品の事情に即した機能が盛り込まれており、あらゆる方向性への拡張が可能です。
２．主な特長
（１）ボディアーマー併用 / 単体使用の変更容易
UCPは、各種ボディアーマー（陸上自衛隊であれば防弾チョッキⅢ型）との併用を考慮してデザインされています。
※現状、隊員各個に市販品チェストリグをアーマーの上に重ねて着用していますが、
〇アーマーのクイックリリース機能を阻害する
〇アーマーに取り付け・または取り外した際、チェストリグのサイズ調節に手間がかかる
ことが問題点でした。
UCPは、あらかじめアーマー側にアダプター（別売）を取り付けておくことで軽易に着脱が可能で、かつ、アーマーのクイックリリース機能を阻害しません（防弾チョッキⅢ型の場合）。
隊員は、使い勝手の良い個人装備の構成を維持したまま、各種の行動環境を横断できます。（隠密行動時には単体使用し、戦闘間は防弾チョッキに接続する等）
また、迅速に防弾チョッキに接続することができるため、隊員の円滑な行動を助けるとともに負担を軽減します。
別売りのアーマー接続アダプターは、防弾チョッキのテープ2コマにまたがるサイズ（3本の縫い目に荷重を分散）であり、防弾チョッキの過度の消耗を防止します。
（２）形状の可変
UCPは、①コアパネル ②フロントパネル ③インナーマガジンポーチ ④ストラップ ⑤チェストパネル ⑥ハンガーパネル ⑦サイドパネル ⑧メッシュパネルで構成されており、これらのうち③、④、⑤、⑥、⑧が脱着可能です。
（３）排水・廃土構造
UCPの各パネル・インナーマガジンポーチは下端が開放されており、水や砂を溜めることなく排出します。水際作戦での運用にも支障がありません。
加えて、テープ素材の使用を最小限とし、吸水による重量増加を抑えています。
※流通している製品の中には、レーザーカットしたPALS/MOLLEスリットの底に砂や水が溜まる構造のものが多く存在します。
（４）ポーチ類取付スロット及び収納
各所にポーチ類を取り付けるPALS/MOLLE規格のスリットが配置されています。これはあらゆる製品に採用され珍しい機能ではありませんが、UCPは以下の特長を備えています。
ア サイドパネル外側・中・裏側を選択可能で、使用者が小柄な場合でも装着面積が不足しません。
イ 着脱可能なハンガーパネル（下腹部）の表・裏を選択可能です。ハンガーパネルは表裏リバーシブル構造であり、PALS/MOLLEスリットの向きを変更できます。
向きの変更により救急品ポーチを横向きに取り付ける等、スペースを活用できます。ハンガーパネルは身体に密着させる・離す、いずれかの装着位置を選択できます。
ウ 着脱可能なチェストパネル（胸）を使用可能
エ 基本構成に含まれるインナーマガジンポーチで、3本のSTANAG（5.56㎜）マガジンが携行できます。
オ インナーマガジンポーチの前方、フロントパネル内は薄型ポーチとなっています。
カ チェストパネル内は薄型ポーチとなっています。
（５）調節・着脱容易
ア 身体左右のストラップは「前方に引いて締める」構造であるため装着後の締め付けが容易であり、締め付け不良による不具合を回避し、常に最適なサイズでの使用が可能です。
イ 装着位置は上腹部～胸の高さまで変更でき、車両操縦や弾帯（腰回り）に干渉しづらい位置に着用できます。
ウ 受傷時や落水時等、緊急時には緊急開放タブを左右に引くことで左右サイドパネルを開放し、胸のバックルを開放することでUCPを身体から排除することができます。
仕様変更予定です。本体右手側にTUBES V2バックルを採用したものが標準仕様となります。バックルの左右入れ替えをご希望の場合はご相談ください。
エ ストラップの調節幅は広く確保してあり、体形の違いや防寒着、雨衣の着用、体型の変化に対応します。
（６）軽量
素材にナイロン両面生地（500D：500D RGとCBは500D/1,000D）を使用したことにより、軽量です。
※レーザーカットを使用することで、構造の簡素化・縫製時の糸の最少化 等、軽量化に寄与しています。
（７）快適性
本体裏側の3Dハニカムメッシュ（着脱可能）は、特に通気性に優れ高温多湿である日本において隊員の消耗を低減します。
※ナイロン製ハニカムメッシュは爆発等の高温に弱く戦闘時には弱点ともなり得ますが、通気のメリットを重視しています。
また、肩～背中のストラップはH型・X型を選択でき、体型や個人の好みに適応します。
ストラップの仕様を変更しました。長さ調節容易で、よりフラット・軽量なストラップが標準仕様として付属します。
※H/X型を選択できるストラップは別注となります。ご希望の場合はご相談ください。
※ショルダーパッドは別売りです。
（８）近赤外線偽装（陸自迷彩のみ）
陸自迷彩のUCPは部材にIRR（近赤外線偽装）を施工してあり、良好な近赤外線反射率によって、暗所にて暗視装置（微光増幅）で観察された場合にも、過度の反射および暗黒化を起こすことなく迷彩パターンを維持し偽装効果を保持します。
※陸自迷彩のものは、公務の場合を除き日本国外へ持ち出さないでください。
（９）インナーマガジンポーチのポップアップアシスト機能
インナーマガジンポーチには、フラップを前方（身体から離す方向）に引くことでポーチ内の弾倉を持ち上げるポップアップアシスト機能を有しており、この種のマガジンポーチの弱点である弾倉の取り出しにくさを解消しています。
ポップアップアシスト機能はインナーマガジンポーチ内のベルクロを貼り替えることでキャンセルが可能です。また、弾倉を持ち上げるフラップには抜け止めがなされており、極端に引き出した場合に弾倉が飛び出す・フラップが脱落するといった事故を防止しています。
さらにフラップは上下位置の変更が可能であり、89式小銃用の20連弾倉、または20式小銃用の弾倉、鹵獲した外国製武器の弾倉にも対応します。
フラップ自体をキャンセルし、他のフラップまたはショックコードに交換することも可能です。
（１０）JBホルダー（別売オプション）
JBホルダーを使用することでサイドパネル内に銃剣を固定できます。純正吊り金具を使用する・しないどちらの方法にも対応可能です。

４．ご予約方法（予告なく変更される場合があります）
STEP1 一定期間に生産できる数量を本ページに在庫として登録いたします。受付開始時期はメールマガジンなどでご案内いたします。
STEP2 「在庫あり」の場合、受注生産を承ります。ご希望のカラーをご選択いただき、通常どおりの手順でご注文ください。お手続き後に自動配信されるメールを必ずご確認いただき、サイズやカラーにお間違いがないかお確かめください。
「売り切れ 再販未定」または「入荷待ち」の場合はご予約いただけません。
STEP3 商品の準備ができ次第発送させていただきます。発送の連絡をお待ちください。
注意事項
（１）メールまたはお電話、またはご来社いただいての先行予約はできません。必ずこのページからお申込みください。また、次回受付時期・数量についてのお問い合わせにはお答えできません。
（２）銀行振込またはコンビニ決済の場合、ご入金後に生産を開始いたします。
（３）納期は数量及びカラーにより異なります。2週間～最大３カ月程度を予定しております。

（５）生産は原則としてお申込み順に行ないますが、商品の種類・またはカラーによってお届け時期が前後する場合があります。加えて、工作機械のメンテナンスや職人の指が折れる、胃に穴が空く等の理由から納期が延長される場合がございます。
（６）受注生産品につき、キャンセル不可とさせていただきます。
（７）各製品の量産化が叶った場合や廃版となった場合など、予告なく受注生産を終了する場合があります。

（９）MC/MCBK等のマルチ系カラーは、できるだけ部材の良い部分を切り出し、縦横を判別して使用しますが、茶色優位、緑色優位などの細かい指定はできません。また、陸自迷彩は縦横の区別なく使用しています。

1. Product Overview
The Universal Chest Platform (UCP) is a chest rig system that can be used as the core of personal equipment.
It is equipped with functions to accommodate a variety of missions and items.
2. Features
(1) Use with body armor / Easy to change on its own
UCP is designed to be used with body armor/plate carriers.
*Currently, Japanese soldiers wear chest rigs layered over their armor. However, they have the following problems.
〇The chest rig causes the armor’s quick release function to jam.
〇Adjusting the size of the chest rig when attaching or removing it from the armor is time-consuming.
The UCP can be easily attached and detached by attaching an adapter (sold separately) to the armor in advance, and does not hinder the quick release function of the armor (in the case of the Type III bulletproof vest).
Sold separately, it can be used alone during covert operations and connected to the bulletproof vest during combat, etc.
In addition, it can be quickly connected to the bulletproof vest, which helps the soldier to move smoothly and reduces the burden.
The armor connection adapter (sold separately) is sized to span two frames of bulletproof vest tape (distributing the load across three seams), preventing excessive wear and tear on the bulletproof vest.
(2) Variable
The UCP is composed of ① Core panel ② Front panel ③ Inner magazine pouch ④ Strap ⑤ Chest panel ⑥ Hanger panel ⑦ Side panel ⑧ Mesh panel.
These ③, ④, ⑤, ⑥, and ⑧ are removable.
(3) Drainage
Each panel and inner magazine pouch of the UCP efficiently drains water and sand. Suitable for water edge operation.
The use of tape material is minimized to suppress weight increase due to water absorption.
*Many products on the market have a structure where sand and water accumulate at the bottom of the laser-cut PALS/MOLLE slits.
(4) PALS Slot and Storage
It has a PALS/MOLLE standard slit for attaching pouches.
UCP has the following features.
A. The outer, middle, or back side of the side panel can be selected, so there is no shortage of mounting area even for small users.
B. The front or back of the removable hanger panel (lower abdomen) can be selected. The hanger panel is reversible, and the direction of the PALS/MOLLE slit can be changed.
By changing the direction, you can utilize the space, such as attaching a first aid pouch sideways. The front and back position of the hanger panel can be changed.
C) A removable chest panel (chest) can be used.
D) The inner magazine pouch can hold three STANAG (5.56 mm) magazines.
E) The front panel in front of the inner magazine pouch is a thin pouch.
F) The chest panel is a thin pouch.
(5) Easy to adjust and remove
A) The straps on both sides of the body are designed to be pulled forward to tighten, making it easy to tighten after wearing, avoiding problems due to improper tightening, and allowing you to always use the optimal size.
B) The wearing position can be adjusted from abdomen to chest height, so it can be worn in a position that does not interfere with vehicle operation or interferes with the first line.
C) In the event of injury, falling into the water, or in an emergency, the quick release buckle can be released to purge the UCP.
D) The straps have a wide adjustment range, making it possible to accommodate different body sizes and the wearing of cold weather clothing and rainwear.
(6) Lightweight
The material is nylon double-sided fabric (500D: 500D, RG and CB are 500D/1,000D), making it lightweight.
(7) Comfort and heat management
The 3D honeycomb mesh (removable) on the back of the main panel is highly breathable and reduces fatigue for soldiers.
*Nylon honeycomb mesh is vulnerable to high temperatures such as explosions and can be a weakness in combat, but the benefits of ventilation are emphasized.
*Shoulder pads are sold separately.
(8) Magazine pop-up assist
The inner magazine pouch has a “pop-up assist” that lifts the magazine in the pouch by pulling the flap forward (away from the body), making it easier to remove the magazine.
The pop-up assist can be canceled by replacing the Velcro inside the inner magazine pouch. In addition, the flap that lifts the magazine is designed to prevent it from coming out too far.
In addition, the flap can be adjusted up and down to accommodate 20-round magazines, 30-round magazines, and magazines for captured foreign weapons.
The flap itself can be canceled and replaced with another flap or shock cord.
(9) JB holder (optional)
The JB holder allows you to secure a bayonet inside the side panel.

4.How to make an order (Change without advance notice)

(8) For multi-colored products such as MC/MCBK, we will cut out the best parts of the material as much as possible and manufacture them in the correct pattern direction, but you cannot specify an order.
(9) Depending on the production lot, the direction of the fold at the end of the PALS/MOLLE strap is reversed.
This is not a defect and will not affect use, but please contact us if you are concerned.
(10) It takes time from reservation to delivery, so please contact us if you change the delivery address.
(11) If you order other products at the same time (multiple items in one order), delivery will be after the last finished product is ready. If you would like to receive it earlier, please place your order separately.
